Ivy-leaved Toadflax is a trailing perennial with small toadflax or snapdragon like purple-pink flowers and, as the name suggests, ivy-shaped leaves. Tolerant of shade and poor soil, the plant can even naturalise on old walls with crumbling mortar or other suitable niches. Once established the flowers will appear from late spring and on into the autumn.
