Grey Wagtail Nest Box

The Grey Wagtail is usually found near rapidly flowing rivers or streams, but in winter they are often spotted in gardens where they are attracted by even the smallest of garden ponds.

Unfortunately they are in steady decline in numbers within the UK and Europe partly due to a lack of nesting sites. This practical nest box, made from recycled car seats, is ideal for providing a safe nesting space.

Grey Wagtails breed in April and May.
